Derrick Devaughn Carr and Shawn Derrick Betty are wanted by the Lebanon Police Department for murder, attempted murder, robbery, and reckless endangerment related to a shooting on August 10, 2013 that killed one victim and injured another. Carr and Betty are considered armed and dangerous as they have criminal histories including assault and gang involvement. The TBI is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of each man.

4. WANTED
 Carr and Betty are wanted by the Lebanon
Police Department for one count of first
degree murder- premeditated, one count of
felony first degree murder, one count of
attempted first degree murder, one count of
especially aggravated robbery and two
counts of reckless endangerment with a
deadly weapon

5. Allegations
 On August 10, 2013, Lebanon Police
responded to a shots fired call at 46 Dedman
Street and discovered Andre D. Logue dead
from a gunshot wound
 A short time later, a second victim, Justin L.
Johnson arrived at University Medical Center
suffering from gunshot wounds received
during the same shooting incident
 Investigators believe Carr and Betty are
responsible for the shooting

6. Criminal Histories
 Carr has a criminal history that includes assault
on an officer, vandalism, evading arrest,
aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and
driving on a revoked license
 Betty’s criminal history includes vandalism,
driving without a license, illegal possession of a
weapon and failure to appear
 Both are members of the Tree Top Bloods gang
and may be in possession of handguns
