 Wanted by the McMinnville Police
Department for one count of criminal
homicide
 Criminal history includes driving while
impaired in Warren County in 2008

4. Allegations
 On May 30, 2009, at approximately 10:30 p.m.,
Rocha went to 124 Martin Street in
McMinnville and had an altercation with Luis
Corona
 Rocha stabbed Coroca once in the chest and
left he scene
 Victim was airlifted to Erlanger Hospital where
he was pronounced dead

5. Possible whereabouts
 Last seen driving a black or dark green Dodge
Neon
 May still be in the Warren County area, Texas
or Mexico
 Law enforcement considers him armed and
dangerous
