life of Maleic Ahydride

 Developed the Eco friendly route for the synthesis of Glyoxylic acid ( Ozonolysis)

3.  Developed the special grade unsaturated polyester resin for Birla Jute Industries,Calcutta and
various types of Unsaturated Resins according to the customer specifications.
 Developed the non-infringing process for the synthesis of Glyoxylic aid in a laboratory level and
scaled up to pilot plant level.
 Standardized the processing conditions for WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) profiles using twin
screw extruders.
 Improved the quality of Synthetic leathers and split Leathers using natural cellulose powder as
an Additive. Standardized the method of addition, percentage of cellulose powder for various
types of leathers.
 Developed the cost effective and natural lubricant composition for PVC extrusion and PVC pipe
industries with stearic acid and Hydrogenated palm stearin instead of PE wax and stearic acid.
 Improved the quality and yield for the preparation of Zinc acrylates and Zinc methacrylates.
 Developed the method of purification of anisole in presence of dimethyl carbonate in
Laboratory level and commercialized in a plant level.
