Letter of recommendation/endorsement – The Document Warehouse
In my capacity as the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
Manager1, it gives me pleasure to testify as follows about the Document
Warehouse (TDW) on behalf of the ETDP SETA as we experienced good customer
service from this company.
In 2010, the ETDP SETA appointed to the Document Warehouse to develop and
implement the ETDP SETA file plan with its associated policy and procedures.
The Document Warehouse distinguished itself as an excellent and
professional service provider in the development and execution of the ETDP
SETA file plan project. The
following are some of the positive points/deliverables which made the ETDP
SETA Document Warehouse relationship a pleasurable one:

- The designated project manager’s (Mrs Virginia Hendricks) hands-on
involvement in the development and execution; and quality assurance
of the project while also acting as an official liaison person for
TDW was indicative of service provider’s professionalism.
- Accessibility and flexibly of the TDW staff to the ETDPSETA
Records and Information Management Officer also made the
coordination of the project a less challenging one; and
- The TDW strong business ethics is another positive elements worth
mentioning, for example, training workshops conducted by the TDW were
heavily subside, resulting in the ETDP SETA a saving to the value of
R100,000.00
