To whom it may Concern:
This letter is written to provide a recommendation to The Document Warehouse. I had
a pleasure of working with them on the establishment of Records & Document
Management Unit at Seda.
The project had a large impact to the business; therefore there was pressure to
implement quickly. As a project leader I had an opportunity to work closely with them.
During the initial stages of the project we were advice by The Document Warehouse to
establish a task team with representatives from divisions within Seda.
The process and procedures of the project were presented to the task team. During the
first phase of the project there were challenges, however the Document Warehouse
stepped up to the challenges by allocation extra time to meet all challenges. The
designing of the File Plan which is a lengthily process that involves 90% participation of
staff members, the document warehouse was there to offer assistance.
We are in a process of implementing the File Plan and RDM Policy, 72 people were
trained on the File Plan and RDM Policy.
The overall project has been a success, the organization would like to thank The
Document Warehouse for their professionalism ,dedication and commitment on
development the File Plan.
