3. What is the Big Bang Theory? It is the theory that the universe originated sometime between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago from an explosion of a small volume of matter at an extremely high density and temperature.

5. The Controversy Some experts say that there really was no explosion; rather that there was, and continues to be, an expansion. Instead of imaging a balloon popping, imagine a small balloon expanding into the size of our current universe.
10. What is the Creationist Theory? The theory that God created the universe, Earth, and human nature -- stated in the Holy Bible.

13. Over time, scientists have developed many theories to systematically explain how the universe was created, but many of these are left incomplete. The Big Bang theory needs improvement. It lacks answered questions and explained observations. The String Theory is intricate, complex, and difficult to understand. Lastly, when it comes to the Creationist Theory, it appears to have unanswered questions, but it may be that it doesn't fit into a secular belief system. I believe that there is no accurate scientific theory that can explain the creation of the universe. However, the Creationist Theory attempts to explain creation in a way that aligns with my beliefs. The phrase “something cannot be made out of nothing" holds true for life on earth. Therefore, the need for a supernatural God’s power to create something as immense as the universe, is vital. Eventually the question will come up “well then how was God created?” The answer is “He was always there.” By faith, which is believing in something that is unseen, I believe that God was and always was. It is also by faith that people believe the Big Bang and the String Theory took place, no one can be sure that a big expansion happened in the creation of the universe. After God created the universe, it is very possible that an event such as the Big Bang happened, but truthfully nobody knows what occurred before the Big Bang. In the end, the theory I believe to be most accurate is the Creationist Theory.
