spaces: light, air, sound, and water.

consideration. A specially integrated
cooling and heating system will deliver air
to the windows through ceiling diffusers (for
cooling) and built-in floor radiators (for
heating). In the bathrooms, there will be
electrical floor heating in the Sivec white-
stone floors, resulting in a space of
relaxation and calm that Gabellini compares
to a Roman-style hammam.These chambers
are set up to celebrate the body.

14. The building will also have its own water-
filtration system for dispensing clean
water. Additional features—mainly the
sprawling views—will round out the space,
bringing the outside in and the inside out,
all while maintaining privacy, security, and
well-being. One of those features will be a
55-foot-high and 99-foot-wide living green
wall that hugs the fourth and fifth floor
terraces. Another, on the lower penthouse
terrace, will be two water walls framing a
