Tamara Kasper volunteered at the Georgetown County Library System in 2010, working at both the Andrews Branch and the main library. She performed her assigned tasks admirably and was well-organized, communicated effectively, could work independently, and adapted quickly to changes. As a fixture in the library's BYTES program, she assisted with programming and interfaced well with patrons. When overseeing the technology lab, the young adults accepted her as an authority figure and went to her for help. Tamara adapted well to the innovative BYTES program and developed strong rapport with patrons.
