Dr El-Sobky works as a professor of orthopedic surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He subspecializes in pediatric orthopedics especially Cerebral Palsy Surgery. He is principally involved in clinical research and education relating to children’s orthopedics and childhood neuromuscular disorders. Dr El-Sobky served as a member on the education committee and the International Scientific Advisory Board of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. He also serves on the editorial and reviewer board of several society journals. Further scientific contributions include peer-reviewed publications in leading orthopedic journals.
