1. Conferences is a meeting of people who “confer” about a topic.
2. It is defined as: A formal meeting of people with a shared interest, typically
one that takes place over several days.

1. Due to its ever growing popularity organizations have placed a high importance
on understanding how to appropriately manage the use of social media.
2. How it focuses on inexpensive and user-friendly means of sharing “user
generated material”
3. It can have a positive impact on the consumer’s experience because of its
dynamic capability, allowing for the adjustment to make changes with time.
15. Netiquettes
Netiquettes means the correct or acceptable way of using the internet.
There are Certain rules to be followed while one uses the internet :
