I currently oversee the day to day operations of the medical library at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. I am the onsite supervisor of one library assistant and two library volunteers. I consider myself a hospital and academic medical librarian. Due to the structure of Mayo Clinic, my clients are both clinically and educationally focused. I help physicians, practitioners, nursing staff, and allied health staff (most of whom are faculty). I also assist residents, fellows, and allied health students.
