○ Use data to your advantage and learn.
○ But don’t get analysis by paralysis.
● Use outbound to support inbound and vice versa.

Focus on little wins every day.
What is a win?
● A win is defined by doing something that helps the company get new customers.
● Starting something is not a win. We need to be out there online being seen.
● Examples:
○ Did you get some engagement with a prospect?
○ Did someone come inbound that your team has been trying to get?
○ Did you make a prospect feel a certain way?
○ Did you score a good influencer to do content with?
○ Did you make content for just one prospect and it worked?

● Get your team focused on wins everyday.
● Make things trackable so you know what wins are working.
● Don’t plan things that take too much time.

Don’t worry about making everything perfect. Make it interesting.
Dial everything to 11
The average person changes jobs every 18 months.
Be an escape for them.
