Strategically located outside of Greater London and the M25 ring, Techgate owns
and operates two highly secure, state-of-the-art data centres, connected via
multiple, diverse, fully redundant 1Gbps network interconnects, along with multiple
internet feeds utilising Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), guaranteeing 99.99% service
availability.
Techgate manages and supports its wide range of secure, high availability cloud
services from its Network Operations Centre (NOC) staffed within our Chelmsford
data centre. Techgate’s mirror systems are located in its Hoddesdon data centre
from where it also offers high power-density co-location racks.
Each data centre has fully redundant power feeds, building level UPS with generator
backup, centrally monitored and managed Argonite fire suppression systems and
centrally monitored and managed N+1 air conditioning systems.
