信息定位：娱乐类和事务类是关键驱动因素
• Availability不同：手机上语音助手＋应用的集成不完全，媒体使用体验受阻，消费者行为可能随
着集成的深入而改变
• Expectation不同：消费者通常不把音箱定位为通讯设备，就像手机不是主打娱乐一样，造成用户
没有形成相关特性期望
• 从数据可以看出，VA的使用情况和设备定位(Context)以及接触面(Surface)直接关联。随着时间
推移会逐渐融合，但是当前受既定习惯牵引，需要根据用户行为来优化相应体验
