I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Terry Bogart. I have
worked with many Quality personnel over my thirty-year quality career, and he
stands out among them. As a certified master electrician, Terry has been
performing LOGCAP (Logistical Civilian Augmentation Program) QA activities to
include electrical inspections during the past 22 months. I have had the great
pleasure working with Terry since 2013.
Terry takes the time to ensure personnel are set up for success and continually
challenges them ensuring they are successful for future endeavors. He was at
the forefront of getting certified with American Society of Quality (ASQ) where he
became a (CQI) Certified Quality Inspector making himself more marketable for
future endeavors.
Terry’s hands on approach with Government entities (US ARMY, Air Force,
Navy, Marines, DCMA, TEAM LOGCAP, ISAF, NATO, etc…) has been very
instrumental as FOB Kandahar requires much attention due to multi-national
cultures existing under one roof. His auditing/inspection style is welcome open
armed whether it’s through inspections or talking to a young soldier ensuring his
work and living accommodations are safe and meet electrical code in the austere
conditions working and living in Afghanistan brings.
In closing, I would like to say that when Terry Bogart leaves Dyn-Corp Intl.
LOGCAP IV, its loss will be another company’s gain. I believe he would be a
tremendous asset to any company’s quality program. He is a colleague with
whom I am proud to be associated with and appreciate deeply everything he has
done for the Quality Program here in Afghanistan,
