Lead E&I Inspector for Vitol Energy’s. I preformed oversite on new construction projects in the
Crud Oil industry. I have been Sr E&I Inspector on 9 Pump Stations, 3 Truck Stations, 1 Tank
Station along with misc related smaller projects. I have been tasked with preforming oversite for
electrical and instrumentation construction for these projects. Also preforming oversite on site
primary power installs, overhead utility feeder lines from utility services providers (25 kva –
1500 kva).I have had to verify accuracy of drawing, materials list, construction personnel’s
qualification, keep up with job books and safety related paperwork ie, JSA”s, safe work permits,
hot work permits, one calls and excavation permits. Verify calibrations on gas meters and
various electrical meters used for construction purposes. I have been required to performed
electrical audits on existing pump and truck stations for Vitol and provided them with an

function is running as I&E Inspector for new Projects, installation of new Saltwater Dump and

Lead I & E Inspector for AKA Energy Natural Gas Compressor Expansion Project. Lead
Inspector over 4 Stations, Lobo Hills Station, a new 6 Compressor Station, BKU, add on of two
compressors at existing station. Loco Hills Compressor Station, Instrumentation refit and
upgrade. Skelly Compressor Station, Instrumentation upgrade and refit. For these projects I was
involved in all proofing and changes on the Electrical Drawings along with re-design at the
request of Aka. The addition and Design of the MCC building’s for 2 location. Along with
these duties I was over all Electrical and Instrumentation installation. Assuring it was done to
