Double M Inspection. Midland, TX
Lead E&I Inspector for Vitol Energy’s. I preformed oversite on new construction projects in the
Crud Oil industry. I have been Sr E&I Inspector on 9 Pump Stations, 3 Truck Stations, 1 Tank
Station along with misc related smaller projects. I have been tasked with preforming oversite for
electrical and instrumentation construction for these projects. Also preforming oversite on site
primary power installs, overhead utility feeder lines from utility services providers (25 kva –
1500 kva).I have had to verify accuracy of drawing, materials list, construction personnel’s
qualification, keep up with job books and safety related paperwork ie, JSA”s, safe work permits,
hot work permits, one calls and excavation permits. Verify calibrations on gas meters and
various electrical meters used for construction purposes. I have been required to performed
electrical audits on existing pump and truck stations for Vitol and provided them with an
itemized list of corrective action for any issues noted during the walk through.

Then inspect the corrective action being done at various levels of completion. Secondary
function is running as I&E Inspector for new Projects, installation of new Saltwater Dump and
Transfer Stations. I have completed 8 new Production Station and have completed upgrades on 6
Salt Water Dump Station. Chesapeake also used my background in power generation as well, I
have completed the install of 18 back-up power generation systems and currently working on an

Lead I & E Inspector for AKA Energy Natural Gas Compressor Expansion Project. Lead
Inspector over 4 Stations, Lobo Hills Station, a new 6 Compressor Station, BKU, add on of two
compressors at existing station. Loco Hills Compressor Station, Instrumentation refit and
upgrade. Skelly Compressor Station, Instrumentation upgrade and refit. For these projects I was
involved in all proofing and changes on the Electrical Drawings along with re-design at the
request of Aka. The addition and Design of the MCC building’s for 2 location. Along with
these duties I was over all Electrical and Instrumentation installation. Assuring it was done to
the drawings spec’s and was to NEC Code. Monitored Material usage, followed up with vendors
when issues came up. I had 50 plus electrical contractor, 4 Roustabout Crews, 4 welding crews
with helper and various other support vendors split between 4 location. These crews were
working 6 and 7 days per week. The projects were finish within set time frame’s, no lost time or
recordable accidents and were under budget.

operations, troubleshooting problems, new installations, ordering parts, keeping parts in stock,
coordinating all downtime with DOD personal, and handled all electrical, mechanical and
electronic issues. Maintained all switch Gear, Transformers both step down and constant
voltage. Maintained JSA program for my team, preformed daily, weekly and monthly safety
meetings along with keeping all MSDS information up to date and on file.

Emergency Response Team—Field supervision of emergency response for cellular
communication systems following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Directed maintenance and repair
