3. Music of Mexico Music of Mexico is very diverse and colorful. It features a wide range of different musical styles because it has been influenced by a variety of cultures. Since the late Middle ages, the music of Mexico has been more influenced by the indigenous Mexican culture as well as European. Mexican soneswere developed from the mixture of Spanish music with indigenous music from different regions.

4. The Art of Mexico Mexico is mainly known for its folk art traditions that were inspired and derived from the indigenous and Spanish crafts. Pre-Columbian art thrived over a wide scale in the history of art for Mexico. After the Mexican Revolution, a new generation of Mexican artists emerged leading a vibrant national movement that included historic, political and folk themes in their work.

5. Literature of Mexico Modern Mexican literature was inspired by the concepts of the Spanish colonization of Mesoamerica. Through time, the literature of Mexico has a re-occurring style in that the literatures of the indigenous settlements of Mesoamerica are always included in Mexican literature. 6. Architecture of Mexico Architecture of pre-Hispanic and colonial times are what have grown to become part of Mexico’s architectural heritage of the last decades. Mesoamerican architecture consist of architectural traditions that have been passed on by pre-Columbian cultures and civilizations of Mesoamerica. These traditions are best known in the form of public, ceremonial and urban monumental structures and buildings.
