RELIABLE VALUATION AND APPRAISAL
a. Carry out market research
b. Discuss the results with you
c. Take into the account your costs of mortgage, service charges and ground rent
1. LANDLORDS LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
a. All deposits must be registered in approved Government schemes
b. All properties with gas must have a valid gas certificate, no more than one year old
c. All properties with portable appliances should be tested once a year
d. All international landlords must be registered with Inland Revenue and obtain NRL number
2. VIEWING AND RECEIVING OFFERS
a. The viewings will be arranged 7 days a week, as per landlord’s schedule
b. Our fully trained letting executives will provide feedback
3. ACCEPTING THE OFFER& MOVING IN
a. We will discuss the offer with you
b. We will take the holding deposit and carry out the referencing process
c. Take the rent in advance and collect deposits
d. Get all tenancy documents signed
