I am the CEO and Co-founder of StockViews, a platform for the crowdsourcing of equity research. As a fund manager I was a customer of institutional research for many years but became frustrated with the poor quality of research, inherent conflicts of interest and lack of accountability. I believe that 10 years from now, there will be no place for the old model of Wall Street broking. With StockViews I set out to create a “Virtual Wall Street Firm” – one that is meritocratic, delivers more value to the end customer and is unencumbered by high infrastructure costs.
