My name is Tom Carnes, I graduated VCU with a MS in Computer Engineering in August of 2014. I received my undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2011. I have a recent conference paper published in the SciTech 2015 that is based on a condensed version of my masters thesis entitled: A Fully Parameterizable Implementation of Autonomous Takeoff and Landing For a Fixed Wing UAV.
