want to, please inform the Executive Producer and we will take care of

2. What do we do? First Project Due: October 24th
● After the board decides all of the positions; most of us will either be a
journalist or reporter depending on the criteria of the project.
● Every “Artist” Involved will be given an equal amount of shares to the
company as the rest of us. No ONE will have more then the others. Unless
someone quits or is let go, but we can discuss that when the contracts are
out later next week.
● If you are making a video it must be 20 mins long. Give or take two or
three minutes is fine. But you MUST follow copyright laws as being taken
to court isn't to much fun :) Bottom line. Don't break any laws. Just, No.
● Please keep them informative. Our demographic our the ages 13 to 25.
Three Lions Media biggest goal is to teach the youth that things need to
change; but in the most intellectual way. We want to start a new way of
teaching. A fun way, our way!
● Keep all commercials local. They must total in five minutes each month
along with you project. The commercials must coincide with what your
project is about.

● If you cannot find the time to make the commercials, please just let us
know well prior, on our message board and we will put one in for you.
● At first: You will be using your own equipment and cameras etc. But we
can edit it in the office for you if you need. As we must place the
commercials into the segment chronologically. After we start making
revenue we will use it only on the company, to purchase such devices.
● Every month you will be doing one project. And every month change the
subject (If you want). We have a weather girl who just wants to do weather
so she is happy with that, then we're happy.
● Flyers and updates will be sent weekly to bi weekly depending on the time
of year. If ANY money is earned, as I have said we will invest it only into
the company and our shares. (Better cameras for everyone, recording
devices, etc.) Then if all goes well we could start making some money
ourselves. As I was saying equally proportional to each contributor, artist,
whoever.

● Our website is in the process of being built so we will just be using
facebook until it is complete (Projected: December 3rd
2013)
● Also; I will need one photo and a short bio about youself to use on the site
so the observers can know who we are exactly. Just send these to either
my Facebook mail or my email.
● As it will be written in your contract I am just going to give you a heads up.
If you are late with your project or do not complete it you will be issued one
demerit. If you get a total of four demerits you will be asked to leave.
● When finished with your project sent it to my email listed above then our
editing team can stick all of it together. Thanks so much! Together we can
do good for this earth in it's time of darkness. No fear.
