 Things you want to do that week
 5-6 things you want to do that are important to you to grow your
business
 Deliberately limit these things

20. TODAY
 Only 1-2 things at a time
 Don’t include scheduled activities
 Don’t include the routines
 Include things that are BUILDING your business
 Move things from “Ready” to “Today”
 Control the WIP “Work In Progress”
 You’re the bottleneck

21. DONE
 Better than a to-do list
 You see progress and flow
 Zeigarnick effect
 Add interruptions or extras

22. BIG PROJECTS
 Table big projects and big ideas
 Break them into small bite-size tasks
 Broken down tasks become options
 Break them down until project is complete
