Instructions for fitting the Thunderbike luggage rack and grab rail kit to the Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton or Scrambler

1. Thunderbike Triumph Bonneville Luggage Rack/Grab Rail
Kit Fitting Instructions
Luggage Rack Kit Components:
1 x Lower Mounting Rail
1 x Luggage rack
8 x M8 x 15 domehead cap screws are supplied with the
lower mounting rails.
Graib Rail Kit Components:
1 x Lower Mounting Rail
1 x Grab Rail
8 x M8 x 15 domehead cap screws are supplied with the
lower mounting rails.
If you have purchased the combination kit, you should have
the Luggage Rack Kit, plus the Grab Rail – 3 chromed
pieces in all, plus 8 fasteners.
1. Remove seat from bike.
2. Remove rear mudguard by first unplugging the 3
electrical couplers (marked on pic A) then undoing the 4
fasteners ( also marked on pic A)
3. Attach base rail to frame rail inside rear shock mount

area you will find a threaded hole. ( marked on Pic B)
4. Use fasteners provided to attach rear of base rail to
frame of bike. ( circled on Pic A )

2. 5. Re-attach rear mudguard and reconnect couplers
6. Fasten either Grab Rail or Luggage rack to the base
rail.
7. Re attach the seat to bike . Enjoy 
