Instructions for fitting the Thunderbike 3:1 stainless steel exhaust system to the Triumph Thunderbird 900, Thunderbird Sport, Legend TT or Adventurer

1. Fitting Instructions:
Thunderbike 3 into 1 Stainless Steel Performance System
(Thunderbird,Legend,Adventurer)
1. Lay the pipe out next to the bike and note that the header pipes are
individually numbered where they fit into collector assembly.
2. Loosely install the header pipes in the correct order, leave loose.
3. Install the muffler onto the headers and make sure you can line up the
rear muffler mount bolt.
4. Install the rear muffler bolt loosely make sure that the various
components are not under undue strain. If they are OK tighten the
header pipe bolts then the rear muffler bolt.
5. Start engine and check for leaks before revving engine and smiling as
you soak in the new exhaust noise.
