While working with these companies I have had the opportunities to shadow the
professionals, experimenting and assisting with their equipment at both studio and location
shoots, as well as coming up with promotions and advertisements of my own for companies
where Meash Media manages their social media accounts.

• Receiving and checking returns, making sure that the merchandise that is being returned is
within policy and issuing the refund, whether on cash or card.
• Assisting with returns being placed back onto the shop floor.
• Greeting customers and assisting with any queries, whether this be about card
transactions, return policies, deliveries or locating specific products.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and neatness within the store.

stock as possible in order to help with food waste problems. • Collecting data and counting
stock, recording it on a PDA.

VIRTUAL WORK EXPERIENCE, SPRINGPOD
I completed two virtual work experience programs, one in Journalism, the other in TV and
Film. Each program lasted two weeks and during these courses I had to watch webinars
about the industries and complete tasks and quizzes on what I had learnt throughout the
course.

VOLUNTEER, THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION • NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
Planting of the crosses in the Field of Remembrance at Saltwell Park and participating in
Fundraising activities within The Royal British Legion Advice and Information Centre during
Poppy Appeal.
For the volunteering role at the Advice and Information Centre communication skills were
essential, whether this was greeting people, collecting donations, accepting card/cash
payments, responding to questions and restocking merchandise.

Currently I am studying towards my Level 3 Extended Diploma Award in Creative Media.
During my time at college, I have learnt about the media industry, how to create and present

cinematography camera techniques and knowledge of using editing software's such as adobe
lightroom, photoshop, premier pro and logic pro.

ACTIVITIES
With a passion for music, over the past couple of months, I have recently started shooting
photography of some of the local musicians and bands for their own social media accounts. On top
of this I also enjoy going to the theatre, watching live music performances and playing the guitar.
