Summary
I am an experienced and self-motivated individual with 6 years of drilling fluids engineering. I have experience working with
multiple mud systems including LSND, ULTRADRIL, SATURATED SALT, POTASSIUM SILICATE, INVERT
EMULSION, AERATED/MIST/FOAM, and ABS-40 Synthetic Oil Base systems. I currently hold an Associates degree in
Computer Information Systems which can be utilized within any field.
Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge with five years’ experience in drilling fluids engineering.
• Experience in drilling fluids engineering with the following mud systems:
o 3 years of LSND Drilling Fluids System
o 6 months of ULTRADRIL Synthetic Drilling Fluid System
o 3 months of SATURATED SALT Drilling Fluid System
o 6 months of POTASSIUM SILICATE Drilling Fluid System
o 3 months of AERATED MUD / MIST / & FOAM Drilling Fluid Systems
o 6 months of INVERT EMULSIONS Drilling Fluid Systems

Drilling Fluids Engineer
• Complete chemical testing procedures for drilling fluids to ensure all properties are within proper drilling
specifications.
• Manage onsite personnel for mixing procedures of chemicals to enhance drilling fluids to remain within specs.
• Manage the delivery of drilling fluid chemicals and whole mud deliveries.
• Oversee drilling fluid transfers to ensure no spills are made during the transferring of fluids.
• Manage the billing of used chemicals in drilling fluids and provide detailed reports of costs and fluid properties.
• Remain in constant contact with supervisors for backup support to ensure drilling fluids are properly maintained.
Reason for Leaving: None, currently working as a consultant for Fluids Management and will be looking for new contract
work if work with current contract dries up.

Reason for Leaving: The company was undergoing harsh economic conditions resulting in numerous paychecks to be
forfeited in an effort to keep the company going. The company ended up shutting down.

honors, obtaining a 90% average, and received a regents’ diploma.
• Completed two semesters at DeVRY Institute of Technology in Columbus Ohio in the Computer Information
Systems Technology program.
• Attended Jamestown Community College and received an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems.
• Completed several computer technology courses at Fredonia State University while working with Chase Information
Systems, Inc. in order to stay ahead of new technologies that were being developed.
• Completed several courses in the Technical Management program at DeVRY Institute of Technology working
toward a Bachelors Degree.
• Completed an 8 week intensive mud school course / training program.

• Received a scholarship for academic achievement while attending Jamestown Community College.
• I have obtained an award for outstanding achievement in the Computer Science Department at Jamestown
Community College.
• Inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa’s honor society.
• Consistently made the dean’s list while attending Jamestown Community College.
• Graduated high school with a regents’ diploma.
• Consistently made honor or merit roll throughout high school each semester.
• Received an academic improvement award for having the highest increase in grades during my freshmen year in
high school.
