AIMS AND OB JECTIVES.

2. Played a key role in ensuring the successful rehabilitation and upgrade of the industry from a
subsistence cyber, to a professional ICT centre and a learning institution.
Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the
organization. Personal efforts were cited as the driving force,the positive relationship between
the employees and their employer, for fluency and ease of communication, and presentation of
grievances.
