Our Company
• WEXCO Industries is a privately held, woman owned, and
an ISO9001 certified international supplier of custom
engineered wiper components and systems.
• WEXCO engineers, manufactures and assembles custom
wiper systems for Class 6,7 & 8 trucks, school buses,
RVs, agriculture & construction vehicles and specialty
heavy duty vehicles.
• WEXCO serves the heavy duty and automotive
aftermarket segments with private label and award
winning creative programs for distributors, installers and

Business Evolution
• 1991- Founded as an Automotive Aftermarket distributor
• 1994- Formed joint venture with Dyna SA and created Dyna
N.A. a wholly owned subsidiary of WEXCO Industries
• 1997- Entered the O.E. Heavy Duty wiper
systems business
• 1999- Formed joint venture with Korean motor
manufacturer
• 2005- Purchased assets and rights to the HD
wiper systems business of Johnson Electric
(formerly United Technologies/American Bosch)
• 2006- Certified as a Women-Owned Business
