Looking to gain confidence to meet the challenges in communicating with or selling to diverse
and multigenerational employees, managers, supervisors, customers or clients who are different
from you? You’ll find those answers in this session, which involves learning to understand and
respect differences and others’ viewpoints – even when they are out of sync with or different
from your own – even generational differences. We’ll also explore the impact of and learn to
self-check for stereotypes and barriers to valuing differences. Discover four steps to
understanding. Recognize and correct issues that block full participation. Manage disagreements
before they become conflicts.
