This document summarizes the results of a survey on health and wellness habits in Singapore. It finds that 72% of males and 66% of females regularly take measures to maintain their health. Those aged 55+ are more likely to always take health measures, with 36% doing so compared to 23% overall. Women report spending slightly more per month than men on health and beauty products. Apps to track fitness and diet are most commonly used by 18-34 year olds, followed by 35-54 year olds, with 55+ least likely to use such apps. Women are more likely than men to regularly wash hands and have dietary cleanses and regular medical checkups.
