SCHERING/MERCK Summit NJ 2004/2007
 Following a large corporate merger the planning team set to make recommendations for occupancy of
a vacated (existing) campus. Architectural programming was completed rapidly and immediate surveys
of all site buildings for reimaging/reinvestment was put to task. Rapid “Test Fits” were part of early
investigation. Schematic designs for new food service cafeterias and fitness centers were completed.
 Prepared design study of new office building, reducing architectural fees for schematic services.

 Successfully bid and negotiated design/build contracts for numerous governmental agencies.

corporate renovation. Coordinated swing space relocations and delivered creative scheduling tactics.
 Developed overall strategy to design and build 300,000 square foot of occupied space in 12 months.
 Spearheaded all contractor relationships and identified opportunities to save time and money using
over 200 field sketches for detail constructability. Responsible for commissioning and close out.
