2. ETS offers products and services of a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Managed
Services Provider (MSP), and Cloud Services Provider (CSP).
3. ETS promotes and delivers Cloud and Managed Services under the DNACloud
Office brand.
4. DNACloud Office is comprised of 12 areas of Information Technology that must be
addressed within an SMB business environment.

ETS currently offers aggressive partner commissions and allow our partners to set
their own prices. We discount all services for partner so that competitive pricing can
be achieved.

7. Partner Program
Choose to perform your own billing or allow ETS to bill the client.
• If you bill, we will send invoices on a 30 day cycle.
• If we bill, commissions are paid on the last day of the month following the month
the deal was closed.
• For monthly recurring commissions – we pay on the last day of each month.
