Rob Anthony has pursued a dual career as a general
management consultant and an educator. As a
consultant, he has a broad practice in assisting global
corporate clients in the areas of change management,
strategy innovation, and leadership development. His
experience includes working with groups and teams
across levels, functions, industries, and geographies to
develop competitive visions, solve problems, implement
strategies, and build capabilities. Rob holds an MBA
from Harvard Business School and an AB, magna cum
laude, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. He is

Sasha Chanoff, RefugePoint’s co-founder and executive director, has
worked for two decades in refugee rescue, relief and resettlement
operations in Africa and the United States. Prior to launching RefugePoint,
Sasha consulted with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner
for Refugees in Kenya and worked with the International Organization for
Migration throughout Africa, identifying refugees in danger, undertaking
rescue missions and working on refugee protection issues with the US,
Canadian, Australian and other governments. Sasha has worked
extensively with many refugee populations, including Sudanese Lost Boys,
Somali Bantus, Congolese Tutsis-at-risk, Liberians and Sierra Leonians
among others. He has appeared on 60 Minutes as well as in other national
and international TV, radio and print media outlets, has lectured,
presented and given keynote speeches at universities and international
refugee conferences and has published extensively on refugee issues.

Ammar El Seed is CTO and Cofounder of BitSence. He has
7+ years of experience in all phases of software development
and technical support at MathWorks, Inc where he worked as
an application support engineer and as a software developer.
Born in Sudan, grew up in the UAE and worked in the US,
Ammar has developed a deep appreciation and awe for the
role that cities play in different societies. Ammar has degrees
in Electrical & Computer Engineering (B.S./M.S.) and
Biomedical Engineering (B.S.) from Carnegie Mellon and a
Master’s degree in System Design and Management from

Shivang, a bioengineer and nanotechnologist, has also been passionately
been involved with global health. He earned his BS and PhD in
Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and UW Seattle, respectively. As a NSF
Graduate Fellow, he focused on the development of nanoparticle-based
probes for the solution-phase multiplexed, ultrasensitive detection of
cancer biomarkers. He was awarded the College of Engineering
Community of Innovators Dean’s Award and completed the Program in
Technology Commercialization and Technology Entrepreneurship
Certificate (Foster Business School, Center for Innovation &
Entrepreneurship). Shivang has co-developed commercial strategies to
numerous technologies, including drug-eluting intraocular lenses to
reduce post-surgery infection burden in developing countries such as
India, for which was awarded Best Innovation and Finalist Prizes at various
business plan competitions.

Patricia Gruits is a Director with MASS Design Group leading both
design and research projects in health, education, and equity. Since
joining MASS in 2013, she has led the design of the Maternity
Waiting Village in Malawi with the Malawi Ministry of Health, a series
of primary schools in East Africa with the African Wildlife Foundation
and the M2 Foundation, and is currently leading the development of
an assessment tool to measure the impact of design and
infrastructure investments.
Prior to joining MASS, Patricia worked with Kennedy & Violich
Architecture in Boston and co-founded the global non-profit,
Portable Light, which provides a portable and sustainable source of
power and light to those in resource limited areas of the world. Her
work has been featured in journals of architecture and design as
well as on the BBC World News and the Discovery Channel.

it's members carbon footprint by substantially reducing their yearly commuting miles. Mr. Saba’s career

business intelligence tools that improve the cost, speed-to-market, and distribution of complex
marketing messages for large-scale clients. KleerMail’s products and people transforme a $130B
industry that languished from a lack of technology and innovation. Peter is a Babson College MBA
graduate.
