1. The 2014 Toyota Tundra has
been revealed!
The N Charlotte Toyota Tundra has always been one of our customer’s favorites. However, its last design
refresh was back in 2007. Just a few weeks ago, Toyota of N Charlotte learned a new 2014 model would
be revealed. Today was the big day! The 2014 Toyota Tundra went on display at the Chicago Auto Show.
It has a new front grille that will turn heads! The model Toyota brought to the show was a Limited with a
special Toyota Racing Development package – it really brought all of the best features to the forefront!
It has an all-new three-part front grille!
The 2014 Toyota Tundra has a few new features – let’s start with the exterior!
 This new Toyota has a more muscular exterior look than before, and features bigger design
elements.
 The front grille is squarer and is more flat, giving a chiseled appearance.
 Depending on the model you choose, there is a small rear-spoiler.
 The surround on the three-part front grille is available in all chrome, giving a more sophisticated
appearance.
But that’s not all this new Toyota Tundra in N Charlotte will offer! It also has an upgraded safety system
available and new audio features.

2. This new Toyota truck will feature:
 Bluetooth technology and a backup camera on every model;
 Available Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Monitor.
You’ll find these features on other popular new Toyota in N Charlotte like the Toyota Camry. We are
happy to see Toyota is bringing these new technologies out for many different models. We think you’ll
love the new backup camera, which will greatly help in backing out of tight spots.
You’ll also find new safety systems!
The Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) are just two of the steps that are
bringing us closer to self-driving cars. RCTA will alert the driver using sonar-like technology if a car is
about to cross behind you. Have you ever tried backing out of parking space, and a car goes whizzing
by? RCTA is designed to prevent that from happening!
Driving on the highway can also lead to dangers when it comes to your blind spot. There are times when
cars drive in your blind sport, completely out of your sight. The BSM will alert you when a car is driving in
your blind spot. It’s all part of Toyota’s system to stop accidents!
