Network Marketing Training Topics to Discuss With Your Squad
1. Network Marketing Training Topics to Discuss With Your Squad
Posted on 12/24/2013 At http://work-with-cesar.com
There are so many topics to cover when it
comes to network marketing, and finding
the right ones to talk about will help grow
your business if you have some serious
players in your team. I think what matters
the most when you pick a topic is to really
choose a topic that you know well, or one
that you’re working on mastering.
It’s essential to do this, because you don’t
want to talk about concepts, strategies, or
techniques that you are unfamiliar with. It
wouldn’t make sense for you to do so and people can tell by the look in your eyes, tonality
of your voice, and your speech patterns if you are telling the truth or not.
So, I’m going to list some topics right now that will be useful to cover for you and your
team, and what you can do next is become more specific about these topics. Now worries
I will help you out with specificity in a sec.
Here are my network marketing training topics:
1) Network marketing prospecting
2) Network marketing follow up
3) Network Marketing Presentations
4) Network marketing recruiting/sponsoring
5) Online network marketing
6) Network marketing list building
7) Network marketing weekly hangouts
8) Personal Development and Mindset Training
So, what I can cover is more of an online network marketing approach, list building as well
as a weekly hangout structure that you or any of the leaders on your team can follow to
build a business online, in your pajamas if you’d like.
So for example, if I were to do a training topic on online network marketing I would narrow
it down and focus it on an area that I was focused on building my business with. With an
online approach there are many avenues that a person can master like blogging, ppc, email
marketing, solo ads, etc. The list can go on almost forever.
2. So, let’s say I chose blogging as my topic for my training I would then proceed with what
was currently working for me and I would simultaneously share the results that are possible
with this form of marketing.
That is the basic structure of picking a training topic and narrowing it down to a specific
focus that is currently working for you or anyone on your team. Be sure to remind your
teammates what is required of success inside of this industry and include a bit of inspiration
in your topics to remind people of the vision that you have set for everyone in your
organization.
