District Manager (2010 -2013)
Provide oversight for 21 store managers and 21 pharmacy managers, supervisors and assistant
managers. Responsible for performance of combined front store/pharmacy sales of $134.5M with gross
margin of 32.52% and expenses of 2.38% of sales. Interface and positively collaborate with area vice
president, regional sales manager, HR business partner, employee relations, store set-up manager,
facilities manager, VP of store operations, legal department, federal, state and local regulatory agencies,
and loss prevention manager.
Achievements:
Exceeded total store sales by 2.41% and gross margin by 1.32%.
Outperformed expense budget by .50%
Piloted bi-weekly delivery program specific to low volume stores; maintained current in-stock
percentages and increase productivity in the store.
Achieved ranking of number one district in the region for email collection on the email program
