The basic design of the machine is made of
welds from sheet metal cinders that are
subsequently annealed to reduce internal
strains, and machined.
For better absorption of vibration the basic
construction is filled with concrete, which
responds with the weight of the machine at
about 3,8 t.
Characteristic feature is the console
construction of the cross-member (arm).
The center is fitted with modern control
system Mitsubishi The control system
cooperates with a number of CAD systems
which are commonly used in the
construction practice (Auto CAD, SOLID

17. CNC MERCURY
CNC MERCURY PLUS 5 is a five-axial
woodworking center equipped with biaxial head
with the liquid-cooled spindle and with the
automatic replacement of instruments.
The machine is principally designed for the
production of intricate furniture components and
wooden or Styrofoam models for metal
foundries, and similar. It can be equipped with
console, raster or smooth desk according to
customer´s wish.
Machinable height of the workpiece is given by the
lift of the vertical axis, which offers lifts 450 mm
(workpiece 250 mm) and 750 mm (workpiece 500

CNC SCORPION in the standard version, is
a three-axis woodworking center with raster
table and automatic tool changing, designed for
manufacturing of furniture parts and formatting
of sheet materials - so-called nesting, to a work
piece height of 150 mm.

29. CNC SPIDER
In its basic version, the five-axis CNC machining
centre Spider is designed for machining complex
dimensional parts.
Suitable for highly productive machining of complex
and technologically demanding processes. It is
equipped with a two-axis head with a liquid-cooled
spindle and automatic tool change.
The machine is primarily intended for the
production of parts with complex shapes and
technologically complex machining processes.
The machining centre can be equipped with a
smooth, raster or T-groove table.
The construction of the machining centre consists
of a robust base, with transverse displacement in
the Y axis for precise, dynamic and highly
productive machining.
35. T-SLOT TABLE - T typeAnother variant is a steel table with
dimensions of 3000 x 1500 mm with a classic clamping T-groove.
The size of the T-slots is 12 mm with a pitch of 200 mm. The
machined material can be clamped using mechanical clamps and
T-nuts with M10 thread, or using machine vises and dividers.
36. RAST TABLE – type R An alternative to a console table is a solid raster table made of cardite. The table with
dimensions of 2800 x 1100 mm is equipped with grooves for the distribution of vacuum in a grid of 50 x 50 mm and a vacuum
outlet in a matrix of 200 x 200 mm. To prevent clogging with dirt, the vacuum outlets are sealed with steel balls, which can be
removed with a magnet if necessary. The bench is designed as a double work table; there are 2 rear stop pins and 1 side stop
pin on each workstation. The plastered semi-finished product is clamped directly to the work table using a vacuum using
standardized suction discs or clamping templates. The vacuum source is a vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 250
m3/hour.
