Mr. Turgut Bashirli,
Master student of “International Business” at the Munich Business School conducted a study
project with the BMW Group between October 2014 and April 2015 together with three
fellow students. The objective of this study was an “Analysis of the US Labor Market” with
deep dive into defined states.
The study project contained desk research and resulted in a final report covering different
aspects of the US Labor market.
By analyzing demographic information as well as specific educational aspects the report
concluded in a recommendation for the BMW Group in regards to the given task.
The student project has been executed by the students to our satisfaction and provided in time. The
strategic future talent management department can make use of the findings and given recommendations
as an appreciated source of information.
We thank Mr. Bashirli for his commitment to the project and wish him all the best for his
future academic and professional career.
