TOURIST INFO NETWORK 10-POINT MISION STATEMENT
1. We belong to a Tourist Information Services Network that keeps local initiatives and
specificities while working enthusiastically together with the entire Valencia Region in a team
spirit. Meeting legal and visitors requirements is our aim.
2. Our objective is to understand and satisfy the needs of visitors coming to our Offices so as to
improve their enjoyment of the time they spend in the Valencia Region. To that end, user
satisfaction and service quality expectations are assessed.
3. We work for a quality tourist destination. We strive to promote tourist resources and services
within our municipality, while offering alternatives in the totality of the Valencia Region.
4. We always maintain a warm, positive attitude when dealing with tourists. We understand that
Personal Quality differentiates us in the services we provide and leads to increased gratification
in our work.
5. Our quality service philosophy must be familiar to and applied by all people within the Tourist
Info Network, and it must be transmitted to all our clients (internal and external). We promote
quality management among our staff.
6. We offer fast, reliable and personalised information. To do so we use available human and
technical resources with a clear emphasis on innovation and the use of new information
technologies.
7. We are mirrors of our tourist destinations and of the Valencia Region. For this reason, personal
grooming and office tidiness are important within the Tourist Info Network corporate image.
We also protect the environment of our tourist destinations, assuming informative task on this
matter.
8. By getting to know our customers we can anticipate their needs. We therefore welcome
complaints and suggestions because they help us to improve the quality of our services day by
day.
9. Our improvement as professionals is sustained and secured by ongoing training and creativity.
Continuous improvement in terms of customer service is a basic principle for us.
10. The Customer Attention Quality Protocol of the Tourist Info Network is the foundation on
which the quality image of the tourist destinations in the Valencia Region can be transmitted.
As professionals in the field of tourist information, we know how important our work is and we
know it is in our hands to provide added value to the quality of the information services of the
Tourist Info Network.
