The Ministry of Culture and National Identity grants two
types of financing regulated through the Ordonance
51/1991:
The Priority Cultural Programme,
The Urgent Cultural Need Financing Programme;
also the programme CultIn is addressed to
entrepreneurs from the creative and cultural
industries: architecture, crafts, design, digital
media.

numerous projects are funded by an institution subordinated to The
Romanian Ministry of Culture and National Identity in two yearly
sessions of granting funds for cultural projects (the intangible cultural
heritage represents a special section of the financing)

The Programme Creative Europe 2014-2020
Promoting Diversity in Culture and art in the Field of
European Cultural Heritage (objective: enhancing
cultural dialogue and promoting European identity by
acknowledging cultural diversity) and
Preserving and Revitalizing the Natural and Cultural
Heritage (objective: preserving cultural and natural
heritage for the generations to come and promoting
them for the general public). Their coverage is
assured by The Financial Mechanism of SEE 2009–
2014).

11. Annual Workshop on Didactic Capacity-Building

organized by Iaşi Branch of the Romanian Academy and
disseminated nationally; it gathered participants from Romania
and The Republic of Moldova throughout three editions; it
addressed administrative requests to the Romanian Ministry of
Education.
