- Explain session structure – final prep time; each group nominates 1 dragon (panellist); pitches; voting then wrap upReminder of criteria Dragons will measure againstExplanation of the voting exercise (Dragons will give score out of 25 and each participant has 1 voting point in form of a sticky dot) The dot scores will be added to the Dragons’ score to give a final figure

- Ask each ULSG@W to give themselves a name linked to one of the dot colours on offerCue the teams to get ready, decide the pitching order and set up the panelPresentation of action plans to a panel of 1 person from each other LAP team plus Deputy Mayor (5 in total but those from the presenting team stay silent) 5 minutes pitch (0-3 ppt slides, 1 flipchart, or other ways…)5 minutes questions and answers from panel Dragons score each LAP 1-5 on prepared scoring grid with criteriaParticipants also score the pitches – but not their own
