• Financed through commissions and basic grants from
the Norwegian Research Council
• NIBRs major clients are the Research Council of
Norway, Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ Norwegian
Agency for International Development Co-operation
(Norad), Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Local
Government and Regional Development, Ministry of
Health and Care Services, Ministry of Children and
Family Affairs and the local government sector.
