demonstrate the importance of this. Due to its
ability to improve interpersonal relationships,
increase productivity, and improve the overall
workplace, it has significant benefits for
managers and employees.

Team collaboration helps teams brainstorm new
ideas, complete ambitious projects, and reach
their goals. Performing more work together than
separately is the minimum benefit of a

team member's facilitation process.

a common purpose. Team members developed
this skill as a result of trusting the facilitators
during the execution of the group project.

common purpose and goals, so that mechanisms
are in place to accomplish them. The techniques
and tools necessary to achieve the objectives of
the study were learned during the course
duration.

contradictions and confusion by exploring options

mean and is not distracted by unimportant
details. During the course, participants learned
how to identify moods of people, their inclination
