We provide all infrastructure and telephony services for the cost of each debtor
account credit, all free of charge. Typically, campaigns have their own CLI.

Debtor Payment Methods
VCC Live Pay
Self-Service promise to pay must be destined for an
amount within the established range (%) and due date or
will be rejected, and the debtor will be voice prompted or
transferred to a live agent.
If the promise to pay is not made on time, the system
can initiate an action, send a SMS reminder or schedule
a preview or predictive call.

We provide a real-time view of payments organized by categories:
o Paid in self-service
o Paid with agent
o Paid in bank using REF number

We track full arrears amount, amount paid (with date & time), running
total of payments & corresponding amounts.

Real-time Analytics
Immediately, the agent receives
the call and their CRM or Pop
Up screen is populated with the
debtor information. Also their
digital journey is shown.
The agent can transfer the call
to another agent or ACD group
and the CRM / Pop Up screen
follows.
The real-time supervisor screen
shows the debtor/ agent activity.
Contact Live Agent
VCC Live provides a “pay as you go” business model based on uploaded debtor account
credits*. Our clients are charged monthly based on the uploaded debtor account records. Each
account credit includes telephony and SMS infrastructure as described:
o CLI for each campaign
o 3 call attempts / connects to mobile or landline
o SMS transaction verification
o Workflow failed payment follow-up (SMS, E-mail or preview dialer call)
We initially provide an amount of credits which are account records uploaded to the system.
Included with these credits are telephony costs, VCC Live Contact Center seats (we determine
the amount), set up, integration with the CRM and technical training.
From the second month onwards we will establish minimum amount of credits.
Business Model
*Debtor account credits are your database records availability on our system, valid for 1 month. For example, one credit equals to
one customer record uploaded to the system.
The VCC Live OptiChannel Debt Collector does not typically
have debtors’ last name, full account number or address.
The full data is not required.
The system is fully GDPR compliant: https://vcc.live/gdpr
Our database from the customer may be held onsite and we
simply access data while a debtor is online.
