Cricket Wireless is a prepaid wireless service provider in the United States. Cricket Wireless
offers voice, text, and data and is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. The company is headquartered
in Atlanta, Georgia. IMI providing IMIcampaign services to Cricket Wireless for better customer
engagement, service promotion and churn reduction.
Responsibilities
IMIcampaign solution deployment with all required configurations as per initial
requirements from Cricket and allocating the infrastructure as needed.
Understanding Business requirements from IMI-Business and Cricket’s marketing teams
and providing specifications to developers on the changes need in IMIcampaign solution
with proper SOW documentation.
Configuring monitoring alerts/apps using shell script for Cricket service monitoring and
resolving issues based on alerts received.

Mobile and Orange businesses in the UK. IMI providing IMIcampaign services to EE for better customer
engagement, service promotion and churn reduction with multichannel support.

It’s a Pilot project between IMI and Verizon Wireless for providing IMIcampaign services using
multichannel support within the Sandbox environment of Client. Main focus of the project is App
notifications.
Responsibilities
IMIcampaign solution deployment in Sandbox environment with all required
configurations as per requirements from VZW.
App Notifications are the main channel for Customer Engagement. Deployed and tested
various levels and types of promotion as well as interactive App campaigns.
