Optical, infra-red measurement technology
Single-beam, dual-wavelength NDIR technology
The amount of infrared light passing through the gas is measured at
two discrete wavelengths:
the absorption wavelength (4.3 µm), where CO2 absorbs strongly
the reference wavelength (3.9 µm), where CO2 has no absorption
