  1. Living Space’s original building was established in 1958 as a Leather Tanning business, under ‘Glendermid’. Living Space has 4 levels with about 128 rooms in total. Location of Living Space is on Castle Street (you can see the front of Central City New World).
  2. Here are the questions we asked the guests staying in Living Space. Are all appliances in your room functional? Was the nearby streets noisy at night/early morning? Was the lighting appropriate for your needs? Ranking of the cleanliness of the room assigned for the guest The internet service in Living Space And their thoughts of the Living Space Environment
  3. Most guests said that the appliances in their room were functional, however there was one guest that had a faulty appliance(s) in the room assigned to them.
  4. The survey shows that half of the guests complained about the noise due to the location of Living Space (Saint Andrews Street and Castle Street). Two people from the survey said there was noise, but didn’t really mind the noise.
  5. Most guests who took the survey find the lighting appropriate for their needs. Three guests said it wasn’t appropriate for their needs, included one said it can be better for reader friendly.
  6. Most guests thought the room they stayed was spotlessly cleaned, however; there were three weren’t satisfied with how clean their room was.
  7. Most of the guests surveyed did not use the internet due to being expensive. Some guests thought it ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
