This document is a sponsorship proposal for PoroPalooza, the largest independently organized community event at PAX West. It outlines several sponsorship tiers providing increasing levels of branding and marketing benefits. The tiers include Media Package ($5,000-$10,000), Guest Package ($10,000-$20,000) which offers branding and on-site activation opportunities, and Sponsor Package ($20,000-$50,000) which provides top billing and branding across all event materials. Sponsoring the event allows companies to promote their brand and network with gamers and industry professionals at one of the biggest PAX parties of the year. driven event at PAX West.
We at Defective
Productions (DefPro)
have spent the last three
years hosting a party
that?s designed to
celebrate the love of
gaming that was the core
foundation of Penny
Arcade in 1998.
Coming from a
background in film and
theater production, we
have developed, and
continue to refine, our
flagship: PoroPalooza.
We add design and form
to nerdy nightlife, while
promoting the mentality
of Safe Space Ethics, as
well as paying respect to
all those who make the
convention possible.
Sponsoring PoroPalooza

this nightlife, while
taking a load off your
plate. So while you are
busy programming and
exhibiting, we will be
hard at work making
sure that you will be
properly represented at
one of the biggest PAX
parties of the year.

- Live Stream of the event will be provided.
- Name listed in on site ad roll during the event.
- 5-10% of VIPpasses, depending on amount sponsored.
This tier is great for small companies that want to show off their wild side but
need help throwing a large caliber of event. This tier gets you penetration into
the exclusive PAX after party scene as a founder, bragging rights included. This
can be a foot in the door for your own company, or just a way to network with
other gamer/nerd professionals.

This middle tier allows you to really show off your brand. Have VIP
play your game in the VIPlounge, show your commercial on the
main event live stream, and bring in your own special guests with
VIPbadges. We also offer tables for sign-ups, brand promotion and
retail.

- Front door management provided by Defective Productions.
- MCrecognition of company at the Cosplay contest and raffle.
- Company name main signage at the event; including wall
projections, banners, and top billing with all collateral provided.
- Full access to all pictures, film, and media created at the event.
At the Sponsor level, you are at the heart of this event. Your name becomes synonymous with its pulse, and every patron is your
guest. Your percentage of VIPpasses gives you the ability to swoon other companies, bring a prospective esports team into the
high life, or show your design team the night of their PAX Lives.
