My research interest are to investigate and envision technologies to semantically lift, capture, integrate, search and query live and open data coming from a city. In particular, to explore and develop question answering interfaces, able to take advantage and cope both with the huge number of structured and semi-structure data available on the Web and also with their extreme heterogeneity. I am the project champion of AquaLog and PowerAqua, pioneer Natural Language Question Answering systems for Linked Data. PowerAqua combines and aggregates semantic information, publicly available on the Web, to interpret and answer user queries pose in Natural language on the fly.
