JOB DESCRIPTION
In-Charge of Electrical systems, Air Condition, UPS, Fire alarm & Fire fighting system, RO plant,
Treatment plant, Solar systems, Hot water boilers, Telephone systems, Audio, video &

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Day to day operation & maintenance of HT & LT panels, Transformer etc (2500,
1000&500kva transformers and 500kva Diesel Generators -6nos & UPS -22nos 700kva).
• Scheduling and implementation of preventive maintenance for 15 lakh sq.ft buildings,
department labs machineries and to develop quality of Facilities and Equipments.
• Monitor / control all expenditure monthly and investigate possibilities of reducing cost
for O&M of Generators, Transformers, Lifts, UPS, kitchen equipments and motors.
• Planning & preparing yearly budget (monthly basis) for operation & maintenance.

system, Air-condition, DG sets, BMS, CCTV, Access control and kitchen equipments.
• Inspecting and checking all electrical installation, testing and all commissioning activity.
• Coordinating with CEIG (safety inspection), TNEB (local authority) and fire & safety
govt. authorities for approval activities as and when due.
• Preparing BOQ’s as per job description, finalizing vendors in coordinating with purchase
team.
• Co-ordinate with different agencies involved to maintaining proper speed of the new &
renovation projects tendering and execution.
• Ensure scheduling & implementation of MEP service activities.
• Monitor various safety work permits and ensure safety regulations.
